ABOUT THE SPACE

This 3 bedroom open floorplan modern design cottage resides in tranquil Port Bay in Wolcott, NY on Lake Ontario.

Bedrooms

Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, all newly designed with brand new furniture, including comfy foam mattresses and clean white bedding.

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, large ceiling fan, large closet, a sofa and 43" smart TV.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed which is highlighted with beautiful wallpaper and recessed lighting, along with complimentary bedding and décor. There is ample shelf space for placing personal items and hanging clothes.

The small bedroom features a full size day bed with a twin trundle that can be pulled out from under if needed. Small closet and shelf with ample room to hang clothes for the weekend.

Bathrooms

Completely renovated bathroom on the main floor with all new everything to wash away the day is one of the highlights of the cottage.

Half bath on the basement level.

Lower Level

Lower walkout level is all about hanging out and making memories.

Highlight of the space is a 9ft long live edge Maple bar with 4 bar stools that's sure to entertain. Watch the game on the 50" TV that's also included in the space

There is a comfy futon that doubles as seating or extra sleeping space.

Great covered outdoor seating area overlooking the back yard and the fire pit. Don't forget to bring the marshmallows!

Washer and dryer in the lower level laundry room for all your laundry needs.
